The Customer Service Manager is the customer’s contact point once the VYNCKE installation is in operation. Your goal is to maximize customer satisfaction during the full lifetime of the plant by selling service, spare parts supply, operational assistance, helpdesk, maintenance contracts, project upgrades and on-site service interventions.

You are coordinating all activities for the assigned accounts and reporting to the Customer Service Team Manager in Thailand.

  • You create, negotiate, and sell VYNCKE solutions for maintenance and improvement of the installation.
  • You are proactive in attending to the client’s needs. Talking full ownership of client requests with the aim of achieving a win-win outcome.
  • You will take care of Asia and African customers and maintain strong relationships with them.
  • You will do the budget control, forecast, and follow-up activities. In cooperation with administrative support, you manage the entire order flow from quotation to invoice and payment.
  • You will be coordinating the execution of the maintenance & service contracts. You organize the inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair work. You can rely on customer service engineers and mechanics from VYNCKE or you liaise with subcontractors.
  • You will deal with technical issues and ensure these are handled correctly. An internal team of technical experts, a help desk and a hotline for expertise and assistance will assist you to deliver the best customer value.
  • You have obtained a degree in engineering or equivalent by experience.
  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of technical-commercial experience in customer service, account management or (after) sales.
  • You have a nose for commercial opportunities; value long-term customer relations and have a high sense of responsibility.
  • You have experience working in a multinational company. Experience in the wood panel (MDF, PB, OSB) industry or CRM Dynamic 365 is an advantage.
  • You combine strong organizational skills with good communication, common sense, and creativity.
  • You are a team player, who likes to work closely with technical experts, hotline, and helpdesk.
  • You are willing to travel for short periods.
  • You can express yourself fluently in English. Local and other language is an advantage.
