As Proposal Engineer you are responsible for the preparation of customized proposals to our customers. You work closely with the sales team to calculate the best fitting solution. The pre-sales projects you are handling are mainly located in Central and Eastern European countries. As Proposal Engineer you report to Sales Director.
YOUR FUNCTION
- Together with the sales team, you analyze the customer´s need to meet the customer´s enquiry.
- Based on the input you get you prepare a full technical offer by calculating the technical solution and its corresponding costs: you prepare datasheets, you contact suppliers for quotations, you prepare flowscheme and layout based on the chosen technical solution.
- Once the customer accepts the offer, together with the sales team you transfer the project to the operations team.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have bachelor degree in engineering.
- You have a cooperative attitude and you are precise.
- You like to work in Excel.
- You can communicate in English.
- AutoCAD 2D knowledge is an advantage.
