As Solution Engineer you will guide Technical Sales and Design teams to solve complex issues on a conceptual level, as well as participate in finding new solutions based on market requests.
YOUR FUNCTION
As Solution Engineer you will not only guide Technical Sales and Design teams to solve complex issues on a conceptual level, but you will also participate in finding new solutions based on market requests.
You will have following responsibilities:
- You assist our Project Sales Engineers in the definition of solutions for new inquiries. You respond to specific stand-alone questions.
- You guide design teams during the holistic design phase with your expertise. You review as-built plants to gather feedback for future concepts.
- You work on the creation of new solutions, as well as the review and upgrade of existing ones. You provide the best-fit technical answer for our customers.
- You cooperate in creating tools & templates in support to sales, such as fuel radar plots, ternary diagrams.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have obtained a degree in engineering and have a first experience in mechanical engineering, thermodynamics, product design or process engineering.
- You are interested in a multi-disciplinary approach, combining thermodynamic, mechanic and chemical processes.
- You can combine a creative mind with market insight and total cost of ownership. You are solution oriented and want to develop yourself as an expert.
- You have a good abstract and conceptual insight. You are eager to learn and triggered by new developments.
- You are a team player, able to act between departments, suppliers & customers. Your communication style is diplomatic, convincing & to the point. You can express yourself fluently in English & Dutch.
