GENERATE CLEAN HOT GAS AND STEAM WITH SPENT COFFEE GROUNDS

VYNCKE realizes projects in the soluble coffee industry (i.e. instant coffee.) In the extraction process the coffee is evaporated and dried to instant coffee. Coffee spent ground, which is a by-product from that process, can be valorized in a VYNCKE energy plant to produce steam for the evaporation and extraction process. Additionally, this steam can be used in the freeze drying process. Alternatively, the VYNCKE energy plant can produce clean hot gasses if a spray dryer is used. Most production sites do not generate enough coffee spent ground to cover their own energy consumption. This is why the VYNCKE energy plants are designed to allow combustion of a mixture of biomass fuels acquirable in the vicinity of your location.
