Controlling the drying process after germination in the malting plant requires a trustful and reliable energy source. VYNCKE can offer a wide range of solutions applicable for the malting plant; such as converting all the factory waste (malt rejects, malt waste) into hot water OR supplying the complete energy demand in a biomass–to–hot–water energy plant while importing also external biomass OR even a full gas CHP if the malt rejects could have a high profitable value. Even the integration of the energy island and multiple dryers can be part of the offered package.
