The Czech Industry Challenge is a national initiative that celebrates companies in any industry that stand out by their capacity to attract young talents and thus notably contribute to bringing Czech Republic to a satisfactory long-term employment situation. (www.czechindustrychallenge.cz)
The jury looks particularly at 6 different areas to determine which companies are rewarded:
- Industrial photography eye-catching advertisements)
- Recruitment campaigns
- Corporate website and career section
- Original corporate ambassadors and/or events
- Top (non) working place (not only office premises, but also leisure, sports, activities)
- Support for education (from kindergarten to universities)
- 3rd place in category: Top (non) working place for the great work environment
- 3rd place in category: Industrial photography
- A special award for the original HR Marketing in industrial environment
