YOUR FUNCTION
Our Customer Service Team is taking care of our customer’s energy installations worldwide.
Every day, they carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance of our energy boilers and maximize their efficiency. At the same time, they are in the driving seat to create customer value and boost customer experience. This approach provides us new insights on boiler operation, allowing us to further improve our technology.
In this internship you will dive into a hands-on experience that includes inspection, preventive maintenance, spare parts management and solving technical challenges.
As you step into the field, you will work on our sites – mostly abroad in Western Europe.
Your wingman is the Customer Service Engineer who acts as the supervisor on site, collaborating closely with clients, subcontractors, and the office in Harelbeke.

We are looking for an engineering student who is ready to roll up his sleeves!
This internship allows you to gain a valuable hands-on experience in the world of mechanical engineering and site supervision. You will gain an in depth understanding of the VYNCKE technology. As you will work on site, you will be travelling during the work week.
