JUNE 8 – VYNCKE joins several major Belgian companies for an exclusive closed-door dialogue with H.E. Dr. William Samoei Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya.
Our own Dirk VYNCKE, Pater Familias of VYNCKE – A Family of Companies, was pleased to hear renewable energy and clean energy technologies highlighted as key priorities for Kenya’s future development.
And with good reason! Kenya is positioning itself as a clean energy and manufacturing hub, with more than 90% of its electricity already coming from renewable sources. Clean energy and the circular economy were also named among the priority areas for stronger cooperation between Kenya and the Benelux region.
With a young and growing population of more than 55 million people, Kenya is taking important steps to tackle waste challenges and build a more sustainable future. That’s where we, the Vynckeneers, are proud to bring some firepower. Our waste-to-energy solutions help transform non-recyclable waste into renewable energy, turning a challenge into an opportunity for cleaner cities, stronger industries, and a more circular economy.
