We are pleased to announce that Lieve CRETEN has been appointed as the new Chair of the Supervisory Board of VYNCKE – Clean Energy Technology.
Lieve brings a wealth of experience in strategy, corporate governance, finance and M&A. Throughout a distinguished career spanning more than 20 years at Deloitte, she held several senior leadership positions, including Managing Partner of Financial Advisory Belgium. She was also a member of both Deloitte Belgium’s Executive Committee and the Global Executive Team of Deloitte Financial Advisory.
Since 2021, Lieve has been serving as an independent board director and advisor, supporting companies in areas such as strategy, governance, finance and growth. Today, she holds board positions with several leading organizations, including Barco, CFE and Montea, and serves as Chair of Quest for Growth and Unibreda.
With her extensive experience and strategic insight, Lieve will be a valuable sparring partner for the family business as we continue to build the sustainable future of VYNCKE.
At the same time, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Els VERBRAECKEN for her many years of dedicated service as Chair of the Supervisory Board. Through her commitment, wisdom and unwavering support, she has played an important role in strengthening our governance framework and supporting the long-term development of our family business.
